In order for a student to succeed, they need to be taught in a way that is fair and based on their needs. For example, a student with low test scores might need more help with their reading skills than a student who has been doing well in class. A student who struggles with social-emotional development might need extra support to learn how to manage their emotions positively. This can be achieved through tracking systems that help teachers and students analyze their individual needs.
